The challenge
The approach
I created a sustainable, multi-channel content and brand system that amplifies her voice and drives action:
Website Development: Built and manage a streamlined Webflow site that serves as a landing page hub, with clear CTAs, service breakdowns, a freebie offer, and newsletter sign-up.
Messaging & Voice System: Documented tone (witty, candid, compassionate) and topic pillars to keep content on-brand across channels.
Newsletter Engine (Lotus Living): Planned monthly themes; drafted main essay + actionable sidebar; built branded graphics, mood trackers, and freebie spotlights; managed layout, delivery, and audience segmentation.
Lead Magnet + List Growth: Designed a Self-Care Workbook and other freebies; mapped opt-in flow and thank-you sequence; set list hygiene/segmenting best practices.
YouTube Setup: Launched Lotus Living with Jessica Frederic (channel structure, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists) to house long-form content and guided meditations.
Social Content System: Repurposed newsletter ideas into weekly posts; built Canva templates; balanced education, relatability, and clear offers.
Event & Workshop Support: Packaged and promoted offerings (e.g., the Blood Sugar Workshop) with landing copy, graphics, and email/social sequences.
Offer Positioning & Compliance: Clear differentiation between psychotherapy (FL) and coaching (multi-state virtual) in copy, CTAs, and disclosures.
Building a cohesive, values-driven brand for a psychotherapist and coach - spanning website, newsletter, YouTube, and workshops - so the message lands with the right people and converts curiosity into clients.
Jessica is a licensed clinical social worker with a clear point of view: practical, holistic, a little sassy, and very human. But her content lived in different places with different tones (therapy vs. coaching), and the brand needed a consistent system to:
Clarify offers (therapy in FL; coaching/education beyond FL).
Show up regularly with content that feels like her (not corporate).
Create a simple, professional website presence that guides people to the right services.
Turn readers into subscribers, clients, and workshop attendees—without burning her out.
